Subscription Orders
Because our products are consumable wellness/supplement items, all sales are generally final once a shipment has been processed. However, we want you to be satisfied:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Unopened, Unused Products:
Unopened products may be returned within [14/30] days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and handling costs. [Optional: add a restocking fee clause.]
- Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund a cycle that has already been billed and shipped.
OTC / HSA / FSA Card Purchases
Purchases made using a Medicare Advantage OTC card or HSA/FSA card are subject to the same return window above for physical product issues (damaged/incorrect items). However:
- Refunds for card-based purchases will be issued back to the original card/account used at checkout — we cannot issue cash refunds or apply the refund to a different payment method.
- CruCare is not responsible if your plan later determines a purchased item was ineligible for OTC/HSA/FSA reimbursement; that determination is made by your plan administrator, not CruCare.
How to Request a Refund
Email us with your order number, the reason for your request, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within [1–2] business days.
